Alfredo Sauce
1/2 c butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
12 oz fettuccine, cooked
Melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic, cream, pepper, and salt and bring mixture to simmer. Whisk to mix. Add cheese and continue to simmer until thick, about 8 minutes. Spoon over fettuccine.
