Mini Meatloaves
1 lb ground beef
6 oz bread crumbs
1/4 c onion, diced
1/4 c red pepper, diced
1 egg
1/2 tsp pepper
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Preheat oven to 450. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide into 12 equal portions and shape into balls. Place into muffin pan and bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
